All people dream, but not equally.
Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their mind,
Wake in the morning to find that it was vanity. But the dreamers of the day are dangerous people,
For they dream their dreams with open eyes,
And make them come true.
Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their mind,
Wake in the morning to find that it was vanity. But the dreamers of the day are dangerous people,
For they dream their dreams with open eyes,
And make them come true.

Planet why to many is just a dream. The almost jaded dream of a tiring old lady, a dream many went along with because they did not have the heart to break it or because they felt that it was just a dream and dream seldom become reality.
Yet in the words of Richard Bach: you are never given a dream without also being given the power to make it true. Planet Why is just that sort of dream, one conjured with open eyes, one that aimed at securing many others.
It remained a dream for a long time till one day it a breathtaking string of unforeseen events jolted it to the realm of the possible. The dream threw up challenges that to some looked more like obstacles. It was in jeopardy and before it could be further destroyed it seeped back in to the night waiting for another morn.
I know its is safe and will reemerge again when the time is right. In the meantime we have a project to run.
A visionary should always dream larger than reality.. yet at the same time be cognescent of the reality which will manifest the vision. At the core I believe in your vision of pushing this project to the next level, ensuring sustainability and moving beyond supplemental education. Sometimes it’s the fringe details that obscure the original vision. And those don’t really matter in the big picture.
Hope things are going well – we’ll be in touch mid-March. I’d love to get more details on the hearing aids if you could email that to me. Unfortunately hotmail’s been down for me recently so I’ve had to resort to polluting your comments 🙂
Thanks Mira…
life goes on, and dreams remain
Agree wholeheartedly with Mira and want to tell you anou….don’t despair. Mothers of children cannot afford to lose heart. They get more strong willied and more determined, for finally it is about the kids…YOU WILL GET THERE! Stare at the big picture…and let me see more life and joy in your words…don’t despair. A flyover in the middle of the city seems like one heck ofan obstacle…but when you see form the top you are thankful its there, because it clears the bottlenecks and makes the city easier to live in…
Look from the top and wait for the Big Pic to unfold.
